Holistic4Life Association, LLC (βH4LAβ) is committed to transparency and clarity regarding our refund, return, and subscription policies. By making a purchase, enrolling in a program, or subscribing to any service offered by H4LA or its affiliated brands, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Final Sale Policy β No Refunds or Returns
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:
These sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
2. Holistic Product Tester Program (Beta Tester Program)
Participation in the Holistic Product Tester Program (also referred to as the Beta Tester Program) includes access to proprietary products, pricing, and information.
No exceptions will be made after access is granted.
3. Refunds for Physical (βHard Goodβ) Products
Refunds for physical products are limited and will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
1. A refund request must be submitted in writing to support@holistic4lifeassociation.com within 30 days of purchase.
2. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions before shipping the item back.
3. The item must be returned unused, unopened, and in like-new, resellable condition, as determined by H4LA.
4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or unreceived returns.
4. Beauty & Custom Formulas Return Policy
Due to the sensitive, made-to-order nature of our wellness and beauty products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
Custom-labeled or personalized skincare or wellness goods
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Any item purchased as part of a sale, discount, or promotional offer
This strict policy ensures the purity, quality, and safety of our small-batch products.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
1. Contact support@holistic4lifeassociation.com within 3 business days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item(s).
3. In some cases, the original item may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.
Replacements for damaged or incorrect items are provided at no additional cost if reported promptly.
6. Subscription Terms, Billing & Cancellation
6.1 Free Trial and Automatic Billing
If a free or discounted trial is offered:
Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
Charges will be applied to the payment method provided during enrollment.
Failure to cancel in time will result in automatic billing. No refunds are issued for late cancellations.
6.2 Ongoing Monthly Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically each month on your original enrollment date.
You will be notified via email of any price increases.
Charges will continue until you cancel per the instructions below.
6.3 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription in either of the following ways:
1. Self-cancel via your online member portal
2. Email your request to support@holistic4lifeassociation.com with the subject line: "Cancel"
For monthly subscriptions, we require at least 10 daysβ notice before your next billing cycle. Late cancellation may result in another charge. No partial-month refunds will be issued.
7. Payment Failures and Account Termination
H4LA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for unpaid or disputed payments. If your account becomes delinquent:
Services may be suspended immediately.
You remain responsible for outstanding charges.
You may be liable for all collection costs, including legal and administrative fees.
